Great all we want is the effort, and if you fall you can still continue but dont get down! and this that you have such a massive taveh will get better if you don't look you'll see it a guarantee!

I'm not sure what your mean, do you mean is it OK to look at her? if that's what you mean then really you can look at any women who is dressed properly but not with lustful eyes! no one is telling you to ignore your sis in law, but don't gaze with lust  bec that's a no no, it will get you lusting, especially with a sis in law. I have had this issue we tend to "shoot the breeze' with them and us in our sick mind end up lusting at them..... be careful.

I'm still clean but had a tiny peek, i caught my self it was a hard test, i turned away as soon as i realized what was going on, i didn't get down and kept on going and trying to work out a way to avoid that type of thing next time.

Next couple of days will be hard bec i'm going somewhere where i know there will be tests but have to go. Wish me luck and with hashems help will pass all my tests!

Still guarding my eyes on-line and fairly well off-line. The hardest test of the week is about to come: My trip to my SA meeting in a not-yet-chareidi neighborhood in Yerushalayim.

Just had a fall. . I was on the best run in a while (11 days). I thought this time around will make it to 90, but I guess have to start over.
