Bh i am now sober three weeks. What will be tommorow i dont know. I am suffering from withdrawrel. I sleep about four hours nightly and i feel sick all the time. My wife doesent know anything but she tells me i dont understand you are so sick but so happy!  So as i enter into Yom kipur exausted but happy I say thank for everything.

last I checked we were in the throes of finishing the 4th step and slipping into the 6&7th while we are at it....am I the only one thinking that?
