For the record, it's called "ICE". It happens when water freezes and then solidifies. We even have a mekor to this fenomina when Yaakov says "achalti kerach", which the medival comentator known as Rashi calls 'Glida'.
But if you walked on actual water, yeh you'd definitely be my wife's new rebitzin, when I get married. Y'know, they say about the last mashgiach of lakewood, that there was once a big snowstorm, and he could n't find his galashes. So rather than miss his shiur/seder (however the ma'aseh goes) he walked to yeshiva in nothing but his regular pants and shoes. But his talmidim where astounded to find that his pants where PERFECTLY dry!!!!
Try walking IN water and staying 100% dry
The biur, of the ma'ash was that he did his hishtadlus to stay dry, and thus not get sick. He coudln't find them. And therefor since he DID his hishtadlus to stay dry, hashem kept him dry even without them. Such was his darga of emunah. Yes they did call it a mofes.
