Regarding the video’s, in my experience it doesn’t go together, because if you get aroused then its very hard.

There are tons of very fascinating videos online which are fully kosher...

I'm addicted to secular music videos and yeah it helped me reach 40 days for now. I think I should stop maybe that's my next goal...

I was hooked on secular music for a while and i also felt like there was a hole within me when i stopped. However, after some time, not only did i not feel like there was a hole within me, i started feeling much better that i wasn’t listening to it anymore. So i would say just give it some time and be’ezrat hashem this feeling will go away. (I will suggest that you try to fill the time that you used to listen to secular music with some other things so that it will be an easer transition…)

That’s definitely one thing i did. I found it to be super annoying at first as it didn’t have the variety that i wanted (nor the kol isha that I had wanted…), but after a while i kind of got used to it. It’s still not the same as the non-Jewish music, but i can tell you with certainty that i don’t miss it. Not even one bit. Also i got into listening to shiurim sometimes instead of music. I try to find the speakers that are very comical while having good content so that i’m thoroughly entertained and this was a great time filler for me when i needed it…

My problem is that I love Country Music and there isn't (or at least I haven't found any) Jewish country music. I started trying to listen to shiurim when I'm driving instead of podcasts and you're right, there definitely are some very entertaining speakers out there...almost doesn't feel like I'm learning.
