Basically, you will receive weekly reports of my internet activity.  If I have visited any potentially problematic websites, these will appear at the top of the list for closer inspection.  The point of all this, of course, is that knowing you are looking over my shoulder will prove a strong deterrent for falling back into old bad habits.  Thank G-d I am now 100 days sexually sober, but I am realistic enough to know that I need to accumulate as many safeguards as I can in order to prevent a relapse.
