I was thinking, there is no coincidence that Chanukah falls out when it does. In the smack middle of the winter. Literally lighting up the night. B"H, for those of us in Eretz Yisrael, we have seen what winter means in the last day or so. Chanukah is the inner light that shines in the dark. I feel that this is a huge message. This is what we all go through. Dark times. And we struggle, yes struggle, to get through them. Let us all remember, the light is there! It is inside us! May it shine through for us whenever we need it!

AND 25, thanks for the welcome!

Yeah, that's it!  We can find light even in the darkest moments.

AND... a little bit of light chases away a lot of darkness.

All it takes it one small candle, one small flickering shining candle, that is all it takes to chase away the dark...............................

You've been away for a while so I'll catch you up.
I am at work today, but Rav S gave me a challenge. Two weeks (almost) of no surfing besides this site, or else I get meds before I see him again. I have nothing against meds, but I'd rather do this myself (with HaShem of course). That "threat" has motivated me enough to do it. Today's my last day of his challenge. However, that means a lot of posting here over the past 2 weeks, and hopefully also connecting with friends, life itself, and joking around.
