I don't know how, but for some reason their talent went together with their popularity - by the napster thing.

Metallica's been through more changes than probably any other band - constantly evolving...personally, I liked their black album, load and reload stuff best.

I never said I didn't like the black album, load, or reload. They're just different, and I think that's why people don't really like them as much as the first 4 albums, especially if that's what they were exposed to first. Garage Inc. is also good.

I think that they've got different groups of fans, each of which like certain albums best, as their "real" metallica albums. In other words, the sound they that group identifies as being the "real" metallica.

Yeah, yeah. Still brushing the dirt off though. This f-ing addiction has cost me so much....and it's only a symptom of a deeper problem.

Nobody? Ok, i'll do it. Rusted.

Bruce are u moving forward against the addiction?

BTW did you survive your business trip?

The thing about hotel rooms is that you have to pay for the p***. My troubles were never so great that I would pay for it, under any circumstances. Especially when you go to check out and the dude (or woman) behind the counter is like "um, sir, you still have to pay for (insert ridiculous name here)".

Bruce, have you been to therapy about the underlying shizznozz? Cuz often just treating the branches ain't gonna work when you got to get at the root?

Of course. Why should today be any different?

Bruce, hope your day is going well...you just reminded me of a story...

I was in high school, and using the internet at a public library. I was looking at pictures of guns, and wanted to print a page out - in those days, you had to ask the librarian. So I did, and, with a bunch of people around the reference desk, he says, "I'm sorry sir, but i can't print out that kind of inappropriate material."

All the other people there looked at me with these knowing expressions (or at least, that's the way I felt). I ran back to my computer...no, just a gun, nothing else. I asked again, and he repeated himself. I stammered out, "I don't know what you mean!"

Pause.

Glance at screen.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I was thinking of the last guy at that computer..."

Yeesh! :-[
