I love you, we all love you. Like it's been said before, take it one day at a time, hour by hour if you have to. But only count the days again if it gives you strength. If it's gonna weigh you down, don't count now. Feb 18th will anyway be forever noted in the annals of GYE history as Momo's 20K day. One day in the future you can look back and add the days in between.

Meanwhile, just do today. Every day. You know you can, cuz you've done it before.

Keep in mind, however, that "powerless" does not mean we need to act out. Anyone who is addicted to anything is "powerless." No one would say this with more conviction than Dov, and he's, b'Ezras Hashem clean for 12 years. "Powerless" simply means that we can't do this on our own.

If it's hard to work on Sunday, why not try nipping the y"h in the bud by reading the handbooks?
