Now that I've got that off my chest, let me share my feelings about the above video:
He mentions 3 stories where someone had a real Nisayon of זנות, overcame the YH with tremendous strength and was Zocheh to marry that same beautiful woman (or her daughter). How should I get inspired by that? I have a major Nisayon to watch porn, or to go to a place where I can be with a Shiksa. I would love to act out every time I feel urges or stress. I am controlling myself and overcoming my burning YH. Now what? Where and when will I receive those enjoyments in a kosher way (to that degree)?
The Gaon's words need to be seen inside the מקור and need a ביאור. Meanwhile, this video hasn't majorly inspired me but rather made me jelous of that Talmid who got to marry a very sought-after pornstar. Please excuse my language.

Brought tears to my eyes as well. Such a inspirational person and story. This was his only דאגה when going in to a hospital 99% paralyzed.

I think it gives inspiration toward people that are digruntled from the if I watch my eyes Ill get instant reward here in olam hazeh stories - this is a person that bd'erech hateva it was impossible for him to even live "normal" life - and he still found the strength. We could only imagine what incredible reward awaits him.

Just a thought. Maybe we ought to live with Olam Haba more. How long is the whole olam hazeh anyways? And eventually it ain't exciting. Even if we keep our marbles and dont end up in diapers. And up there is forever. Bliss. Where do we wanna invest? What the hell are we doing???

The yetzer's push for tayva right now is very strong...what shame! Up there the struggle is gonna be so worth it...hold out!!
