I’m really appreciating how clean yesterday was. Bh I was feeling so good and had such a great day. Without p and m. Shocker lol. The good feeling carries over. I just hope it’ll last through the whole today. And tomorrow I’ll focus on tomorrow.

Last night was the same battle that I’ve won so many times, but just couldn’t pull through here. I had some false idea that I would meet my wife at a vort that i was at, but i didnt. Could very much be thats what triggered feelings leading to a fall. Feelings of loneliness, tiredness, and stam just feeling down. Still bh no porn. First time in a while that I’ve made it a week without porn

by some miracle I made it through the night. And literally I mean miracle by means of a crazy distraction at nearly 1am. Baruch Hashem. Today will be hard. I’ve been feeling urges constantly since waking up. I even went to the Mikvah as a way of motivating myself to stay clean. It helped subside the urges a little but they’re back. I’m really trying to hold on…
