To find topics you started/posted in, you can go to Profile --> My Topics.

I think Profile--> My Replies , which is the same as clicking on the number next to "New replies", is also good for this, though it'll only show you topics people responded to.

I think you somehow didn't post your question though
It took a lot of trying, succeeding, failing, succeeding some more, failing some more, finding "substitute addictions", letting go of them, finding them again, losing my mind a couple of times, etc. etc. b''h I'm alive and happy, but I still have my work cut out for me.
