Hi and thank you for this opportunity to be part of this group.
68 yr old married father n grandfather - a fine upstanding member of my frum community.

For 50+ years I had it all wrong. 
Recent therapy has helped me see things from the 12 step program point of view. even though for many years, about 4 - i still thought it was my lousy marriage , but i have met the enemy and it is I.  If my wife would die tomorrow, nothing about me would change. 

Coming her for accountability will be very helpful and i hope to be able to continue to post and keep you updated to my progress.
