Day 17 had a tough day yesterday but pulled through and feel very accomplished. Only getting better and stronger.

wow didn’t think I’d be here still and clean. 
just found this wiki.gye.com and it is incredible has so many sources from seforim on this inyan and everything around it. It’s wild how all these concepts and tools are around us all the time but sometimes we don’t learn the seforim or don’t get what they are saying. Just sharing highly suggest checking it out.

Just reading this thread.  Your spirit and determination come through clearly. Focus on what you wrote about a month ago:
While I was filling in on the dashboard another clean day I checked my last 30 days and I realized true I only have a couple day streak but in the last 30 days I FELL ONLY 3 TIMES! 

This is a war and every victory counts. As you win battles they accumulate and provide armor for the next one.  If you have a fall,  go back and do the same comparison to see how many more victories than losses you have had and know that the difficult victories are even more valuable.

I don’t want to look at 20 days as a long time but it kinda is. Just like I survived these 20 days I can survive another and hopefully it will keep on getting easier.

Day 23 
Had a rough day some second thoughts and stuff I know it’s foolish and not true but still sometimes it gets to you Baruch hashem I didn’t act on it but I don’t like when I start thinking like that. Was reading battle of the generation and it gives a good perspective on it.

feeling stronger 
started listening to this conversation by YY Jacobson and Eli nash it is incredible the way it talks abt this issue and gives a lot of chizzuk and really puts a amazing perspective which I haven’t really “got” till now.
