It’s wild how all these concepts and tools are around us all the time but sometimes we don’t learn the seforim or don’t get what they are saying. Just sharing highly suggest checking it out.

Just reading this thread. Your spirit and determination come through clearly. Focus on what you wrote about a month ago:
While I was filling in on the dashboard another clean day I checked my last 30 days and I realized true I only have a couple day streak but in the last 30 days I FELL ONLY 3 TIMES!

This is a war and every victory counts. As you win battles they accumulate and provide armor for the next one. If you have a fall, go back and do the same comparison to see how many more victories than losses you have had and know that the difficult victories are even more valuable.

Was reading battle of the generation and it gives a good perspective on it.
