Here we go ... day one clean (so far today). I have got into a bad habit in recent weeks of looking at porn Sunday morning and then each day of the week, with the yetzer whispering in my ear each day 'this week is a write-off anyway' and something along the lines of 'of course, I could just open porn any time ... like this' and before I know it, my life is filled with shame and I can hardly smile at my wife without thinking of the company I have been keeping. Enough. Time to start the 90 day journey with fresh determination.

Hay Brightdawn60, welcome! how's it going so far? Keep us posted! how was your first week?
I'm sick of the Un-scientific approach of today's medical and social environment. 
we will never heal and become a better society unless we realize that all people are addicts. Any thing we do that we aren't interested in is "addiction" and medicine doesn't fix addictions. 

Pain causes addiction and medicine cant fix pain. 

Unless we heal our pain, and become truama conscious so as not to cause others pain, we will never be living in a functioning human society.
