Mazel tov haba. By me this was the first SERIOUS step, when i got k9 and had someone eles holding the password. Although this is not foolproof, its not meant to be. we have to make the fight as easy as possible for ourselves. its only fair. But hopefully with this step youll take it much further. hatzlacha.
Thanks IM25, I totally agree with you that the filter is not the last step. Everything can be beaten somehow, this is just our way of lessening the nisayon.
We see this by Yosef, the MAN OF THE MILLENIUM for people on this site... When Eshes potiphar tries to get him to sin, he says this whole shpiel, "How can I do this to your husband, he gave me control of the whole house and only asked that I don't touch you....." and then finally at the end of his reason's for not sinning he says "vichatasi l'Elokim?"
But the Baalei mussar say that Yosef was lessening the nisayon by reminding himself how wrong it would be due to the fact that his master trusted in him etc... and only after that with the lessened nisayon could he beat the rest of the nisayon by saying "Vichatasi L'Elokim?"
The filter lessens the nisayon, we need our yiras shamayim, our "Vichatasi L'Elokim?" to beat the rest!
