What constitutes "a fall"? 

I woke last night aroused and began to masturbate, within a few seconds (10?) I stopped myself and reset. I wasn't motzei zera.

Regarding the 90 day chart, there are instructions on the 90 day page labeled as 'how it works' where it says that a fall would be a `masturbate with finish'.

Gotta be honest with yourself? Last night I had a wet dream. Did I lust unusually during the day? Nope. Was I conscious? Nope. So I don't believe in my case I acted out. But there are a lot of grey areas.
