Just a few points worth bearing in mind
  • An addiction is not something that just disappears
  • same applies to the yetzer hora
  • you have not lost the incredible work that you have done
  • today is a new struggle, not in any way connected to yesterday
  • a fall is a temporary setback, not a defeat
  • if it's easy something isn't right
  • if you don't give up you are the ultimate victor

As soon as you can, pick yourself up and dust yourself off.
It may help to describe your struggle and develop a new strategy.

Keep fighting!
P.S. I'm no pro, just saying what comes to mind

Day 0,

I don't even know what to write anymore. In a really bad place and don't know how to get out.

The first day is more important then the rest of the 90
Day 1 is when you are actually more brave then any other time. It shows you're ready to give in and try. I know that everyday farther away from the dirty past is a good one, but it would not have happened without day 1. In a way, I try to see everyday as day 1. For that is the day I found my life and the many wonderful things that go with it.

The true measure of greatness is how much we have exerted ourselves to change, not our current spiritual level. If a person is on a high level but did not improve to get there, what has he really accomplished? What does he have to be proud of? He has not grown and is not truly great, even if it looks like he is. What is there to be impressed with? He just followed his instincts and did what he was inclined to do. Of course he will be rewarded for what he has accomplished, but he has not reached true greatness. Only one who overcomes obstacles to change himself can be considered great. Changing ourselves is the point of life!
