Back here after years away. BH 2nd day here. Any suggestion 
​s where to start ? I'm in the middle of reading and learning  the GYE book. Kinda  of overwhelmed and confused about it. I really need a way to calm down and relax. The pressure of this and the financial pressure overwhelms me 24/7. I know its gift and message from HASHEM that he loves me and wants me to be clean and holy.I just know that in my head but don't yet believe it in my heart.
