I cracked my personal best last week (24). Done 34 days now. So, I know how you feel.

Unchartered territory can be scary. But as someone wrote me (Habib?), each second you don't act out is a record for you. Isn't that beautiful?!

The high I felt for the first few weeks wore off about 1.5 weeks ago. It's getting harder, and I've slipped a lot during that difficult 1.5 weeks, but I'm still trucking.

Let's get through this together, OK? Let's live each day as we are meant to, one day at a time.
