Recently i found out about gye and its been very helpful, especialy the forums.
For me, one of the haredest lie, and which i believed for a long time, is the yetzer hara teling you that if you dont FAll today, surly you will FAll tomarrow, and since your barley holding yourself today, toamrrow you will FALL for sure, so why dont you just give up today.
recently i relized with the help of other people, that this is not true. so beezrat H i will take it 1 day at a time, and remember that if today was hard,amybe it was just a WAVE and toamrrow will not be has hard.
