Great news on web chaver! Putting in a filter helped me realize that I am serious about stopping and that I'm helpless about stopping. the filter usually was effective to make me more distant from the PC since I knew there's just gonna be no porn there!

Can you do me a big favor and translate the Hebrew quote you posted. I kind of have it down - but shaky. Thanks.

Okay Chevra, I've got some "really good news", "good news", "bad news", and "old news"- in that order:
Really Good News: I'm Back!!!
Good News: I'm clean for thirteen days, which brings us to the
Bad News: after like thirty something, I fell thirteen days ago but the truth is that for us it's
Old News: that it's not "clean days" that counts, it's the effort-
in those thirty something days there was probably a total of ten days where i successfully fought my urges, and in these past thirteen there were probably about eight which leaves us with 43 some odd days, 25+odd of which there was no battle, 18 where I won the battle [read, hashem in his kindness spared me] and one where I fell to the urges. hmmmmmmm.
