SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR FALL. TO REPEAT WHAT OTHERS HAVE ALREADY SAID....
KEEP IT IN PERSPECTIVE. WHAT I LEARNED FROM GOING TO SA MEETINGS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY IS TODAY! DO U HAVE ACCESS TO SA MEETINGS?
MAZEL TOV ON BECOMING A CHASON!! GOOD TO HEAR THAT U TOLD HER THAT U WANT A FILTER,IT IS IMPORTANT FOR KEDUSHAS HABAYIS AND IN NO WAY REVEALS THAT YOU HAVE AN ADDICTION,JUST A REGULAR FRUM GUY WHO IS TAKING PRECAUTION AGAINST THE Y.H.
ANYWAY,KEEP UP THE SIMCHA!!! THIS IS CRITICAL IN BUILDING A BAYIS.
WHEN I WAS FIRST MARRIED AND FELL INTO SOME DIFFICULT NISSAYONOS WITH KEDUSHA,MY WIFE DID NOT HAVE A CLUE (STILL DOES NOT KNOW) BUT SHE DID SENSE THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY AND SHE THOUGHT THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY BEING MARRIED TO HER.
ANYWAY,GET UP,START OVER AND HAVE A GR8 YOM TOV.

Hello Tzaddikkim!!

A TREMENDOUS YASHER KOACH TO EVERYONE WHO GAVE ME CHIZUK FOR MY LAST FALL!!
Thank g-d Ive been clean since the fall...
I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened this thread , and you guys really helped me out!!! Thanks!
Boruch Hashem I think I'm getting back on track, as many of you said I need to put this into perspective, it's one fall in now 95 days and that is amazing, I'm pretty sure I haven't done that since this problem began!!! ( About 10 years ago) I am so lucky to be engaged and I think what did it was like "hey your a big Tzadik, you've made it to 90 days!! Your not married yet... just have a little fun" . I still believe that it is and will be best in my relationship not to bring up the addiction, but I will certainly NEED a filter as well as to be b'simcha and take it one day at a time!!

Gut Moed!!

Love,

Bestrong

Is BeStrong being so strong that he doesn't have time to come tell us 'Hello' more than once a week?

Hey,

I fell twice today after a 2 week streak ...

Not quite sure the reason except for the obvious addiction which I have. I believe it was do to stress...

It hurts me so much more though blc my kallah is such an amazing girl... This Y'H never gives up does he!

I really need to get this under control ASAP, I don't want to go into marriage feeling like Ive cheated.

Did you ever think about joining Elya's call?

Hey guys,

I'm getting back on track Boruch Hashem with 5 days clean. My days are really stressful but Boruch Hashem I'm able to find a few hours to learn everyday! That has helped in keeping my mind in the right place. I realize this is a lifelong struggle and "even" when one is engaged or married that this disease doesn't magically disappear. It just makes it more complicated ... As far as life in general I am extremely happy and feel blessed , that although with my weaknesses ( this disease) I am extremely fortunate to have found a wonderful bas yisroel with whom to share my life with.

As far as Elya's class this wed is a little tricky but I will see, thanks for all the chizuk and replies!

Hey!

Had a question for the married guys. My future wife doesn't know about my disease ( although she does know that we will be having K9) Since we will be sharing the computer after we get married I'm worried about going on GYE since I don't want her to find out about it... Any advice? I was thinking to give her a different login name , not sure though...

Any advice would be appreciated.

PS: BORUCH HASHEM 21 days clean!!

That sounds if-fy. Personally, my wife knows I struggled with things, but as far as details, although she's curious, she understands that we're both happier leaving out the precise details.

You don't have to explain that you're an addict. You can say that you wanted some chizuk to make sure you stayed good.

Always bring up GYE with the browser in privacy mode. Chrome has incognedo explorer and firefox have an option under tool. Wondering what your general plan is?

Hello Tzadikim!

Tommorow at this time IY"H I will be jumping for joy on day 90! Wow it has been one heck of a ride but thank G-d I went through all the garbage. I realize more an more each day how lucky I am to have such an amazing wife! ( I got married about 80 days ago) Someone whom I can respect and look up to unlike the filthy pictures I stared at for years on end. Purim is coming up and this is the time to show ourselves, others and most importantly Hashem who the real us is! I hope I can. Keep on living life guys, its worth it
