This brought back urges. As I looked for ways out I imagined hearing all of your voices cheering me on to victory over the urges. I focused on that excitement for a while and then tried to genlty move my mind to other thought and topics. Thanks for being there when I need you.

Actually, I made mention in the IM which never got sent that I am not excited about being in personal contact with you in light of our genders.
