I mean, HI!!

BH I see cherry herring isn't on the list. Which brings me to a qvestion:

Anybody know the kashrus status and history of Cherry Herring. I inherited an old, still sealed bottle I don't know HOW old it is. I heard a long time ago that CH was kosher, them lost that status, then it came back. But I have NEVER been able to verify it. If it has always been kosher, theres no problem using this bottle, and if it ever was not good, I need to know if this bottle is from that time.

Any ideas, my soused and scholarly friends?

Last time I checked Eric Holder still let's us have a lchaim. But he's checking into it. Maybe a blue ribbon summit or something B
