so whats the connection to Purim and Pesach - why do we care about Pesac in teh middle celebrating Purim??

(this is good -= just heard this last week )

Adar seems like the darkest period - Hashem appeared to be soooooo far away from us. and then in the end of megillah we see that Hashem was there all the time...

unlike the goy - who sees time as a linear progression - a jew understands that time is cyclic

and although Adar woudl seem to be the further from Nissan - the geula... the light of the Jews... actually the darkest period is really the closest to the light of Pesach/Nissan.

Our actions in Adar - BRING us to the LIGHT of NIssan!
