I have failed in very many ways. I do not know what is self esteem. What is it?

I don't know either, I mean I don't know a good definition. I know a definition of low self-esteem, but not of self-esteem. So I suspect it may turn out to be nothing. I was asking other people if they know how to define self-esteem in a positive way.
