How about anyone who knows from browser problems on a Pocket PC. I used to be able to get the text of GYE on my Treo (WM 5.0, 240x240), but the new site must have things formatted differently.  Each post comes as 1/2 character wide and 100 lines long, so I can't read anything.

Any eitzas, all you techies?  Thanks in advance. - Briut

Thanks, Bards.

Wow. A blackberry. Yeah. Then, all I'd have to do is:
add a touchscreen.
and effective multitasking of programs.
and calendars that sync with my desktop's Outlook without a hiccup.
and, of course, update the email from like the mainframe days
and...

I'd have a Treo, circa 2008.

Pity the choices are few:
1) iphone and pay at&t $120 for what Sprint gives me for $30.
2) get android and let Google record everything from your wifi data to the length of your erect . (Do they use GPS for that??)
3) Nokia symbian and pretend you've never visited the US.

Maybe it's time to go off the grid completely. Oy.

Still, if anyone can fix my screen problem for gye, I'd be grateful.

Back to the original topic -
I was in touch with K9 and they said they are working on some filter for blackberries, but have no timeline when it would be ready.

Someone suggested to me Crackutil.  Its an application that removes the browser from your blackberry.  Suposedly everything still works including email and other pre-set internet sites.  Personally I am having some technically difficulties, though.  Anyone else know anything about this?

Bards you rock. These days the philosophy is "I blackberry therefor I am".

Regarding filters I think there is webchaver for smartphones. also do a search on this site I know iphone and other smartphones have filter options. Also I did a quick web search and  found this forum.brighthand.com/treo-600/210839-treo-600-web-content-filter.html

Smartphones and Iphones are different than Blaclberry's. I did do a bit of research and aside from crackutil (which aint working for me) there doesn't seem to be any filters out there yet for a blackberry.

If you think you can be honest you can get a partner and send him a list of every site you went on.

Also if you only need email get a peek and avoid the danger www.getpeek.com You acn also get it on amazon.com

The only fashion way, you write it down. Also I think your phone carrier can provide one, call and check.
