Hello everybody,

I just wanted to let everybody know that I started a free recovery email based course on my blog at www.feedtherightwolf.org for which you can sign up by submitting your email on the right side of my site.

In this course I talk about some of the things that I learned in recovery, such as the addictive cycle, and how our subconscious brains work and control our behavior.

I am not orthodox (although I am very spiritual), but I do think that my material is 100% kosher. I don't use any provocative images or language. I just simply share what has worked for me.
