Silentbattle saved me last night...he sent me two texts while i was 'preparing' to do a sin.

He did not even know this when he texted, but he reached out to me last week and he was telling me to call him . Mind you- this was 2:00 am for me (maybe he lives in Israel so it was later for him, I dont know).

It is people like this that save people like me.

Sorry to hear that you were stuggling last night. Ya'asher Ko'ach for reaching out for help.
That takes a lot of g'vurah to stop before you acted out. Is there a list of emergency contacts we can reach out to for help when we feel weak?
Of course, when I was acting out in another adictive behavior,I never reached out for help.
