When i replay all  of my old falls ,avaros  and try to see what did i gain from my 30 second pleasure ,

it only made me depresed ,
it got me sick with guilt ,
i was addicted to do more ,
i was working for the yatzer hora he told me what to do
etc. etc

but the good i did is just the opposite only good comes from it

after 120 yr a person will have to watch his own movie there is no delete he will
have to answer to the boss for every avairah
