I wanted to mention an additional geder that I have been using that I know has been very effective. I spoke to a close friend of mine, who doesn't know of my condition, that I in general wanted to be makpid on shmiras einayim and wanted to update him on my progress.( I also update him on the other issurim without telling him what they are, but on that point I feel this website is better as I have tried this in the past and it hasn't been so effective). I found it possible to request in such a way that it seems that I am fine in this middah and merely wanted to be mechazek himself, without having to reveal my true intentions. I find this gives a little more Aimas HaDin then one might get from here where no one knows who you are. I only have tried it when I realized I needed to take drastic steps.
