I know no-one will believe my message but this is 100% true!
For years and years I struggled with M, until 1 day when I was in Israel I found a paper in a shul from an organization called "ונשמרתם".
It said all types of things that I related to re שז''ל and it said (in Hebrew), "Do you want for once and forever stop doing this....". I stuffed it in my pocket as I was to embarrassed to read this in public. When I came home I called the number from the organization and couldn't believe what I actually heard that many people struggle with the same thing like me. I was in shock!! fast forward I connected to the Hotline and spoke to someone live there.
They basically explained me that since I made so many aveiros, the טומאה is to strong to stop it and only way to do it is by making real teshuvo for all my aveiros also they said that sometimes someone comes from a gilgul that made a lot of aveiros and you need to make teshuvo on that to. It first didn't make sense to me as it sounded all weird to me but I decided I have nothing to loose. And on 1 Friday and made the tikun that they described (Which I will explain with GYE permission). And believe it or not!!!!! I am clean since then!!!!! Yes Yes raboisai we are talking already a few years later.
If the oilom is interested I will explain more about it and provide information!!!!

Re Breslov. The answer is No! Not At All. This has haskomos from all kinds of Gedolim from all sides. You will also see stories from all kinds of people in the first 55 pages - Chasidish - Litvish - Sefardish
Believe me I also had Yetser Hora to believe that this is not for me and not real, but after I did it I felt like the Taave has left me, and I don't have the pull for M anymore.
I feel like if I had the strength I would go out the all shuls and tell this to everyone. 
This is real:  by tomorrow night Shabbos it can be all history!!!

Before asking to many Q' Please read the kuntrass I have sent in my post above. Check page 76 from the Kuntrass
Its the Yetser Hora that keeps you ask Q' and makes you not believe anything and will just throw any suggestion away. Believe me I was the same.

I will explain in short what this is all about but Please please read the Kuntrass as mentioned.
The Arizal Writes that for the Aveiro from M you need to fast a certain amount of days to clean yourself . But since not everyone is able to Fast these amount of Fast days, the later Gedolim advices that a person Should fast 1 day and with צדקה been פודה the other days and on the same time use that day to do real teshuva with the exact words as the Arizal writes and be Zoche to what the Arizal writes:
! תיקון המוציא שז"ל הנה התיקון ההוא יועיל לנקות לו עונו שלא יכנס לגהינם ושימחלו לו עונותיו אלו

After I did this I felt so pure and so much closer to Hashem. And I am a regular Heimishe Yungerman no שייכות to anything related to קבלה.

But believe me this is not Hocus Pocus or scary stuff this is real and I have spoken to many people about this and its helped thousands of people.

I cannot easily read the kuntress, as I'm not fluent in Lashon haKodesh. 
CV I'm not saying I don't believe you or the Arizal's tikkun. However, my own senses are telling me that segulos have power, but there are also other factors. I'm so glad it worked for you and many others. To imply that it will help anyone who does it is something that I'm not in a position to accept. It goes against my own life experiences. That is to say, I believe it is more complex than a simple equation of do A + B and you will get C.

It is not my YH that tells me this isn't so simple. BH I am doing well for some time now in these areas of kedusha. 

Whether with the Arizal's tikkun or not, we have to do our part, and it is Hashem that decides the results. 

I hope I'm not stepping out of line. I have no shaychiz to even touch the toes of Gedolim that provided their haskomo, and certainly all the more so the Arizal HaKadosh. I'm mean no disrespect to anyone, only that I have to live within my histadlus, which may be different than this process.

I appreciate you comments and I have no טענות against you.
You can call an operator on the Hotline and speak to someone in English that will explain you more about it.
I know its hard to accept this, but it could be that your hishtadlus caused that I should write this message here and make people aware that there is more help out there.
It takes a lot of strength to to this Tikun since its against what we are used to, but this is real.

After quickly scrolling through the קונטרס I didn't see any Haskamot. All I saw was at the beginning of the second part (page 55) they brought a lot of Gedolim who spoke about how the topic of שז"ל needs to be talked about opposed to those who say not to talk about it at all. If there are Haskamos about the actual Tikun send them.

All I know is תמים תהיה עם ה' אלוקיך. There are no magic cures to any of our problems in life, including the YH. Hashem gave us the YH so that we can have free will and make the right decision bu ourself, saying that we won't have the YH for this anymore is taking our free will from us.
I'm sure that there is a תיקון for the sin that the Arizal is talking about but I believe that's after one has already worked on themselves and stopped the Aveirah the תיקון is for כפרה kind of like a קרבן.
If we are mentioning תיקונים I'll just state that the Vilna Gaon's שיטה on this is that today we don't need any fasts or anything for כפרה, we need to learn Torah and that will be the כפרה.

I think they advertise extensively in Israel, at least through stickers. It is hard to read through so many pages. What does this organization do aside for tikkunim?

My problem was negative moods due to bipolar disorder so I doubt that a tikkun would have resolved that but I am glad that it worked for you. I assume that when you say that you are clean for years you are referring to being clean from any unwanted sexual behaviors.

I think it's amazing that you are putting something out there that has helped you and you just want to help other Yidden with the ability to control this.

I just want to say this because this is something that I struggled with a lot. In the kuntras  and in similar publications, you will find many statements such as you can't get kapara unless..... or you need to fast many times even if it's really hard or even if it will disturb your learning. Many similar maamorei chazal which can litrerally put a pachad into a person's heart and can have the effect of filling them with yiush and feeling that they will never reach the bar required to cleanse themselves of the  tumah.

For sure there are strong mamorim which are torah hakedosha from very holy seforim. The facts are that reading these things can have a debilitating effect on a person. Many of our current gedolim have spoken about these inyonim and discussed the topic of doing teshuva as is brought down by earlier seforim hakedoshim. R' Moshe Feinstein, and R' Shach write clearly that those tikkunim are not for us to go with and for us teshuva means azivas hacheit, vidui etc as brought in the rambam, and instead of fasting, learning torah acomplishes what is needed for us.

Our dor has a unique struggle that has never existed on such proportions before, who's to say that what was written 500 years ago or even just 100 years ago is relevant in the same way to our generation
In all shulchan oruch the din is Halacha Kedivrei Basra, the gedolim of our dor have given us guidance on the issue

To add to what was written in the previous post, GYE has said that many of our gedolim consider us in our generation a pure onness for getting our struggles and having setbacks, and although we are responsible to heal, tikkunim and the like have no place for us. It is still amazing that tikkunim worked for you but I think that a person should ask a Rov for Daas Torah before doing a tikkun.

This is just crazy how the YH works! Instead of making a small effort of reading the kuntrass or calling the hotline to find out more about it people are just so negative and come out with all their sh*tas against this instead of finding out if many this will help them! 
The YH will make you find all thoughts against something someone is offering instead of diving into in and check it out.
BTW the Zohar writes that when you sin with M it affects your mind since it all comes from there, and that's why many people have problems with concentration after they fall a lot, and this has helped many people with that. 
I am not here advertising this amazing thing, I just want people to get better and use all sources to get better.
Maybe if I see people interest here I will write an Crazy crazy story I had recently after using theis kuntrass, real mindblowing.

Chaver, I don't think you are hearing us. To keep saying that anyone who disagrees with what you are offering it is their YH, crazy! wow! is frankly getting insulting. You are not being sensitive to the real people with real experiences that know what they are talking about. 

I appreciate what you are sharing, and anyone who thinks it can help them can by all means check it out. But many who have valid reservations should not be accused that the YH or masturbation is confusing their thoughts, or else they'd follow your suggestion - that is a false dichotomy.
