Looking for an app
that blocks

Phone/app usage during certain times of the day,

I find that restricting access at certain times of the day can be very helpful

Thank you!

Someone mmentioned the Bark app?

Any insights?

Thanks again

Techloq can block internet browsing based on time. It's called a schedule. But I think it can't block apps if they need to work part of the day, they will work all day and night. Except for chrome etc.

I haven't heard of bark but if u are using an android device I recommend using the  LockMeOut app I use it in combination with Web Chaver and it works great.
