I think it's supposed to work for the Quinn, although I can't say if it would be secure enough for you without knowing how you're bypassing other filters.
Check out jtechforums.org for info about eGate.

If you don't mind it being very strictly filtered, there's a kosher rom thats available for it that only allows a few apps.
