My computer is BH very filtered, the thing is if I'm on really late at night I'm probably gonna start trying to get things through the filter.

Is there a way to turn off my computer or disable internet connection at a set time?

Great idea.
In the past, I would manage to bypass the filter + the times restriction.
I think that it can help me too now days as I am also willing to go to sleep early.

1) Which filter do you have on already? Some come with time restricters.
2) There's also an option to have someone else create an admin account, turn yours into a regular one, and set time limits using the 'net user's cmd. 
3) if you're signed in with a Microsoft account there's also parental time controls.

I have techloq i do not believe they have time restrictions

I have Techloqand they have a "schedule" which is time restrictions, It can be bypassed only with their authentication code. I know half of it and my wife knows the other half, and this time restriction saved me countless times.
