For any Hebrew speakers here I’d strongly recommend the WhatsApp group called חזקים ברשת. You can ask anonymous questions and get them answered by Rabbanim and Psychologists who are expert in the field. Information is given Over in an extremely open manner which examines the situation in a mature manner.
