Like are Noahides (non-jews who believe in a G-d) allowed to touch before marriage or not? are they allowed to kiss and stuff before marriage? The reason I ask this is that some people I've asked have said yes and some have said no and im really unsure and a bit confused about this.

Hopefully I get responses for people who know the laws.

if some said yes and some said no how will another opinion help

if noahides are not allowed to spill seed then why should they be allowed to do the abovementioned if it will bring to that
if it will not bring to that then why not
maybe the ones who said yes meant if it won't and the ones who said no meant if it will
