In the past I never called out to Hashem for help before slipping and falling. Maybe it was because I was ashamed of what I was thinking of doing, feeling uncomfortable about talking to Him about such a thing. I admit it now it made it easier to indulge. Oh yeah, I'd fight it "with my only strength". Anyway a week+ ago around bedtime some thoughts start creeping in. Fed-up I cried out to Hashem, I ran to Him not from Him and it helped......IT REALLY HELPED.
