OK so I want to share something that has worked for me really gooooood

After Shachris I say 3 Tehilim and ask Hashem to protect my eyes for all the 'accidents' that I have in the street, etc.

Im amazed of the results.... in 15 days, I think I've just seen 2 or 3 (and I was driving)

I want to do shiduchim so I told myself that if I want to start dating, I have to make the 90 clean days.

Can you imagine the motivation I have!!

Anyway I made a whole knas system that has worked really good.

May Hashem keep protecting me from all the outside shmutz
