Sorry to hear. The fact that you’re posting and looking to get out of it means that you’re headed in the right direction. Let it be and motivation to move forward and get out of it that the dirty feelings be for once you’re totally done and ready.

have you considered sharing more of what you have been struggling with in the past? Getting general support over here has been a great help for a lot and could be a help for you as well. People are there for you.

Welcome to GYE, you just changed the trajectory of your life without knowing it......... 
You are not alone and def not dirty. Your might have gotten some dirt on yourself but you can clean it off. 
The fact that you are here and fighting and not giving up or in like the rest of the world, it amazing! You have no idea how much that is worth. 

Now, can you please share some of your struggles in more detail, so we can give you better advice?
