Personal update: that's 14 days.  I'm kinda confused by what the Incentive section means by "a day off."  That seems a little vague to me.

I always had a hard time around day 14, so good for you and keep it up

Update: I failed.  Again.  I need to restart, but I need to find a good therapist before I do.  I can't do this alone.  I tried, but I couldn't do it.
