Its terrible what happened but Amazing that you're recognizing the need to get immediate help. The feeling of frustration I feel ebbs away and it's so easy after few days to just think that's the past and I'll.never do it again. I did that for years till finally reaching out for help. BH once I did, the results were amazing.
