welcome to the forums. Thanks for posting and introducing. You will find many people here with similiar stories to yours. You may be deep into bad stuff, but that certainly does not mess up the hard work from the years before. That can never be taken from you.

The yetzer hara likes to tell you that you are terrible etc.. for the stuff that you are doing. Don't believe it! focus on your positive side in order to start your road to recovery.
