Hi, This is my third time joining gye, but my first ever interaction on the forum. In the past, I'd watch a few videos, receive material, and expect everything to just get better... So here I am, nearly 7 years from my first try, figuring I should do more than that, so i am posting. Would love to know how others have used gye in a way that was helpful.

First of all WELCOME!!!!! Second would maybe want to share your basic story so people can know what you are going through and how to respond 

As joetyh said, go ahead and share your story and how your struggling at the moment, this is how I use Gye in terms of posting on the forum. One of the main benefits of the Gye forum for me was doing this to get suggestions that were geared to helping me with my personal situation instead of just receiving material with general instructions (not to take away from the benefits of this at all though). Everyone here would love to hear to from you and to help you.  

I also think you’ll love the new flight to freedom program Gye just launched, as you probably already saw. It’s a self paced course so you can take at your own pace and your convenience and it’s geared to help you make changes in your life to reach long term freedom. 

I assume since you’ve been on Gye longer than me your already aware of filters and accountability services but check my signature for some ones that you may not have been aware of. They are all free. I think Microsoft family safety is really the only one you’ve likely not seen before, check it out if it can help you, it works in android and computers that run windows and it’s a really good accountability service and it doubles down as a good filter system also.

I've personally been on this site for about a month, and have mainly used the audio lectures and 90 day counter. I'm also seeing it's not enough as I've fallen a few times already, and that's actually why I came to the forums today as well. Interesting to see someone in a similar situation posting on the same day!
