I'd like to ask you: 1- Since the day you hooked up w Breslov and started learning their info about not masturbating, etc, has your actual frequency of masturbating yourself decreased, or has it increased? And 2- Do you think that you think about and struggle with not masturbating or using porn more often since you first started learning their ideas, or less often?
