Hi. It's my first posting on the forum and I was hoping for some tips for the upcoming pesach vacation. I have a blocked phone but unfiltered internet access at my home where I spend a lot of the day during vacation alone. I don't think it is so relevant to ask my parents to block the internet, among other reasons I wouldn't know how to safely explain the reason to them. Tips and ideas would be happily accepted.

Are you in Yeshiva? Can you say that some Rebbi said that you should make sure that it's protected?

Also, can you get out of the house during the day?

When I was deep in the dirt, I was unable to suggest to anyone that I would benefit from gedarim, because to me it was an obvious giveaway that I "need" the safeguards. As I got cleaner, I became more comfortable with being open that I am don't have a problem but am being careful to stay that way.

Not sure this is relevant to you, if not, pardon for sharing my observation on your thread.

I don't know your situation, but nowadays it's very accepted to have a filter. It doesn't require you "outing" yourself.
