dms1234, that is indeed the email I mentioned in a previous post.
I have identified the problem being my detachment from reality and other people.
Or perhaps that too is just a symptom - me running from everyone because of deeper issues.
So I am getting back into my old groups - the weekday minyan, the online community an GYE.

There is much work to be done.
