Just read some amazing chizuk from Rav Dessler and I wanted to share it with the forum since I believe that it is really applicable to all of us: (its my own rough translation so any issues with it should be blamed on my mistranslation/misunderstanding)
...If someone sees in themselves the inner strength of teshuva, to fight against his yetzer hara and to break it, and to fix himself so as not to repeat his past misdeeds...he contains within himself the spiritual wealth, wealth of the soul that we as bnei yisrael have inherited from our forefathers"
We all have the inner strength and wealth inside of us, we just need to uncover it!
