hi im am a ocasinal struggler and have some battle tactics.
first things first one must become pro-active not deffensive, show the yetzer hara that this is youre battle to fight not his, even if you fall you can still make brochos with kavana learn something light, you can also compliment people, its not just about the filter which obviously u have. i think  if we become fiery people we can overome.
