Thanks to all of you who are kind enough to share your struggles with me.  I am very impressed with this Group and your sensitivities and commitment to personal (and collective) growth.

You don't even know how "good" it is for you to send me an email sharing your personal thoughts and struggles.  I highly recommend that you Journal your thoughts and experience the impact it has to elevate your awareness of who you are and your perspectives on life.

If I may I would like to share a quick Torah thought with you (or A&W moment as you call tem):
Being that this was my worst year ever, I broke boundaries never before broken. For example, I was nichshul during most of Elul and even gave in to HIM on the Friday of Shabbos Shuva. Soon after Yom Kippur it accrued to me that why should Hashem give me a good year, I am far from deserving. Then it occurred to me that our father in heaven is not Santa Clause, His unconditional love to every single one of His children regardless of the state of their neshama knows no bounds. He doesn’t care if I was a good boy or a bad boy, He LOVES me!!!! 
Which loving parent won’t travel to the end of the world and beyond for a suffering child??? If I could just show Him a little effort, He will shine a light on me like I have never seen before.
Like I said, I just took the first step and for the first time in my life I am hoping that it is all UP hill from here.
